More ranking

I think it would be a good idea to have like a little test that you can choose to take before u play, and that you can retake every once in a while a scenario test like give us top is pushed so far and bot has 3 people on the enemy team there mid lost its first turret what should u do and place people based on their score cause getting on a team with bad terrible players is getting ridiculous. Because now a days its so hard to go up ranks cause random que gives you so many bad players
