any good gold sups

hi all i am trying to be a better adc but i keep getting bad sups, my boyfriend who is diamond says if you are good you can carry with a bad sup. i like to play Tristana, MF and Kogmaw anyone wanna play some normals with me to get better?

I dont think Kog is a good pick if you arn't confident in your support lol js.
