Can we get some context on the Lux nerf on the PBE?

Lux hasn't been a dominant pick since before her last round of nerfs, and is currently sitting at around 49.5% win rate, by no means in need of changes.

I didn't expect to see her featured in the patch notes at all, forget receiving nerfs.

Does any Rioter have some context for these changes?

And yet with 50 less AP then other AP mid laners she can do the same damage because of her passive crap.

I so hope it is what is getting nerfed.

Its a buff if you can weave 2+ autos in (which is reasonable early), neutral if you get 1, and a nerf if you don't AA. Honestly its not going to change much either way.
