Heimerdinger Rework

I think that Heimerdinger deserves a rework at some point in the future. His current kit meshes together a load of different spells. I would like to see his kit revolve around his turrets. His Q, W, and E could each put down a unique turret. I think his Q could remain relatively the same. The W and E turrets could provide CC and escape. I think his ult could have a kha'zix like mechanic where he upgrades one of his turrets with a unique upgrade. This would make him a very unique champion with a unique play style.
