Have we figured out some good core items for Poppy?

What about starting items, because I feel like the Corrupting Potion wouldn't be the best starting item on her.

I've seen a lot of success with tanky/cdr builds. For instance item 3071 item 3025 as a core offense, and the rest full tank.

Why have an ult you almost never want to use. And when you do use it, it tickles them and keeps them out of a fight for maybe 3 seconds at best
