He isn't OP, and was actually changed to scale with more AP like two patches in a row.

This next patch is already seeking to obliterate his tank build, but so did his last nerf, and we all know how that went. (TBH, I think next patch is probably the end of Tank Ekko, but one can never be sure.)

Which Ekko do you mean? Top tank ekko can be easily beaten by Trundle, Irelia, Fiora Mid can be beated by anything.
