Potential vayne balance idea

I hate vayne as much as the next guy and I think we can all agree she needs a nerf. So what if we shifted some of vayne's power into her ult #windowsofpower

Proposed change Vayne's silver bolts only deal true damage while she is ulting. Normally they deal magic damage. Vayne's condemn only stuns/applies silver bolts while ulting.

This nerf might be a bit too drastic, but I think it's the right direction to take things in. Design wise I think her ult augmenting all her abilities is a lot cleaner and it's not that long a cool down so she should have it for most fights when needed.
