Can we just please URF as a gametype?
Riot has been trying to create a new game type with the nexus blitz thing, so players wont get too bored with regular and competitive.
Why not just leave URF as an always playable game mode? It's fun.

This isn't URF vs 'x'. Every game mode should be made permanent, and available for players to decide what they enjoy, instead of being force fed like children. Yes, URF should be permanent, as well as Nexus Siege, Ascension, and all of those shitter pve phone game things they made. SC2 style open arcade, that allows us to run wild and have fun. Regardless of which game mode you like, we don't get any of them, because LC$ and LC$ Simulator drones to feed it are the only things that matter.
emarythomp22 votesIdk man I think you're going a bit too far with this. They're just rotating game modes. Some fun. Others not so much. It's like a fun little bonus event. Not really meant to be a real gamemode apart of the game forever. Just something to change up the way the game works.
Also having literally every gamemode in the play menu would just look like a mess lmao

You have to evolve though. The map and game have remained relatively the same since WC3 DoTA. More people are playing custom games on DoTA 2 than they are the actual game at this point, because it's fresh ideas on a classic game. I was playing more DoTA than I was WC3 back in the day. If it weren't for custom game modes in other games, League and mobas wouldn't exist. There are a lot of us who prefer URF to ranked, and nothing is going to change that. Vaulting up URF and telling me "okay no dessert tonight buddy" doesn't force me to play ranked. It doesn't hurt you or anyone else that I'm having fun doing something different, so why can't I make that decision for myself?
emarythomp21 votesI mean that's DoTa 2. People played more aurf this season because they made it better, but there were still a lot of people playing solo q. More so than urf. What I like to do is get some urf games just to play without thinking, but I'd rather prefer to mostly play solo q. I know that's just my opinion, but it applies to almost a majority of the playerbase. Especially the way urf is now. I can live without everything being a 5 second cd lmao.

Weensw1 votesYou may not think this is URF vs "X" game mode, but in reality, that is the case for Riot. According to them, they can only afford to make 1 mode permanent. In a perfect world, we all get to play what we enjoy, but in this case, it's if group A gets the mode they want, group B and C(or even D and beyond) will not get their mode they want.
