Normal matchmaking is just disgusting

I recently started a new account to level up, while learning an off-role. Right now its lvl 20 and i just played a match where everyone was either unranked or, for the majority under lvl 30. Except for a plat 3 player on the enemy team. Yes I know the matchmaking is supposed beyond 30 is somewhat based on dividing smurfs with actually new players, but this is just stupid. I had to loose the lane by the default, just because the advantage of runes and masteries, let alone the skillgap.
