Currently I am bronze 5 and recently, I have been playing with people in bronze 3 and my mmr is higher than average. Does this mean that when I reach 100LP, I have a chance to advance to bronze 3 and skip bronze 4??? Is this possible for any rank????
Mysticman891 votesYou can skip divisions (and also promo series) at any rank (other than master of course) assuming your mmr is sufficiently higher than your current rank.
That said, the required mmr difference is pretty high, so being up a division or two in terms of mmr won't cut it. Being up a tier or two on the other hand, thats when skipping happens.
