reduce Ahri ult cooldown from 100sec to 80 or something like that

It wouldnt fix her issues, she needs more damage into her kit, you can barely call her W a spell either its just a mana sink/useless.

Was this in a PvP game? From levels 1 to 12 where a lot of games seem to sit lately?

Because yeah, if you test a full kit (or even half a kit) in practice tool or bots, it's going to be great. But her trade off really isn't that great in lane PvP. She's very average right now and there's too many champs who are just over powered in comparison.

I agree, I'd like to see some more damage on her kit, but I also don't want another Ahri hunt.

Also ultimate hat really helps with her cooldown for her ult.

yes in pvp when i buy 3 items out of my build everything works and she kinda op but ult cooldown :(

Use the ultimate hat rune. It makes her ult available quite often.

You do realize that a protobelt would add more damage to your combo than a Statikk Shiv right?

I rather leave Ahri as it is. I don't want another witch hunt on Ahri again. All I know, buffs will eventually turn into nerfs again with people salting about Ahri being to op.

I rather not leave her as is, because in her current state I wouldn't really want to pick her when trying to actually win.

She needs power readjusted either by removing the safety provided by her Q ms for more damage, or her W reworked so that it becomes less reliable but actually deals damage.

There was millions of posts calling for nerfs, and the nerfs came. I rather not go through it again. Just my opinion. She's fine. I can still play her and win.
