New ranked flex is broken

i was plat in S5 and this season end up at gold 3 since i dont have a lot of time to play. I played ranked flex, it was all fine during the placement until i got placed in bronze 1 after win 7 out of 10 games from palcement. I was like wtf, all my palcement games except last one are play against diamond and palt player and it was so enjoyable. After i got placed into bronze1, all of my teammates are so unskilled and some of them are even bronze divison in solo que. This is my first time play in bronze and it was a nightmere, one game i play irelia and i end up with 26-6 and still lose the game, because all my team just simply dont know how to snowball, i asked them nicely to just push with me while i was fed but they just simply dont know what to do, they keep farming jungle and get caught alone. I think there is something wrong with this system, one of my friend is gold 5 in solo que, and he win 6 out of 10 games and got placed into silver 2. I dont think this is fair at all. Sorry for the bad english, because im so triggerd. what do u guys got from placement?
