Will I be penalized for client mess ups?

I have been struggling to get this working again and tried everything the boards have been saying to do and I finally got the client to work. I jumped into a game and within seconds of starting the match the screen freezes up and the graphics started tearing, and I couldn't do anything. I have been trying everything but I can't get back in, now will I be penalized?

You sure will.

But the penalty is only a 5 minute lock out for queing up, and not getting any IP for the game. So who gives a fuck.
