Sion and Zz'rot portal

I've always been one to use portal, I absolutely adore the item. However, I feel it doesn't synergize with Sion well. In my opinion it should probably synergize with Sion the most. I mean, Sion has innate health growth from his passive. It would go amazingly well with the portaling now that they scale off of health. However, when a portaling kills a minion Sion gets no health growth from it whatsoever. I feel this should be changed. Even if it happened to b at a reduced amount, because as things stand portal can hurt Sion in the long run. What are your thoughts on this? Maybe I'm crazy, but do you think Riot should let Sion get health off portalings? If so, Riot please make it so. I feel this would be a positive change for both Portal and Sion.
