Scammed in what way?

Was your account stolen? (as EVERY1 wrote) Please follow the steps on the recovery guide: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/d2zcIkfI-psa-scams-making-the-rounds-again

Was this a bought account? If so then the account is gone for good. Buying and selling accounts is against the TOS so they are banned once they are detected to have changed hands. Leveling a new account is very easy to do now (due to the preseason changes) so there is no real valid reason to buy accounts.

Send in a support ticket proving you are the account owner.

Please note that NO WEBSITE that isnt under the domain riotgames.com or leagueoflegends.com is not affiliated with Riot Games, and to NOT give account details to them.
