Galio Winds of War (Q) Gust damage lowered from 70/110/150/190/230 to 70/105/140/175/210 Mana cost increased from 70/75/80/85/90 to 80/90/100/110/120 tornado AP ratio increased lowered from [1.33% per 100 AP] to [.66% per 100 AP] No the issue is Aftershock is a really stupid rune that's overtuned like crazy early in burst trades .

Jax [Changelist] Base AD lowered from 69.67 to 68 Leap Strike (Q) damage lowered from 80/120/160/200/240 to 65/105/145/185/225 No the issue is conquer on a champ with no naturally pen but has just aton of raw damage and this thing is stupid on him hope you don't want to auto me cause you won't for the next 8 seconds which is basically a whole team fight .

Lowering Jax's base AD by a lot is actually a big deal. His passive is that he gains more Attack speed the longer he fights. This is because getting in as many autos as possible is how you do damage with Jax.

Taking away 1.67AD per auto stacks up. In 3 Autos he lost 5.01 ad.

Not sure if serious or not but just being unkillable forever while doing good damage seems like more of a reason he is op

He's not as tanky as other tanks in the game though. Shen stomps him and so does Riven.
