Add more bans? Troll voter system? WTF is the most broken champ on live atm

Was curious on why rito hasn't globally disabled ryze and was responded by Scarizard with an interesting tweet. I was originally expecting something like "need a set accumulation of live data to make sure we nerf the right areas" but got this and made me think, yo WTF CHAMP is stronger than ryze atm? There is a champion that is more broken than ryze >> the champ who can all in you within your own creep wave and perma root you for 12 seconds? Unfortunately he wouldn't respond when I asked who. ( hehe a sweet mental game " Who is more broken than ryze atm?!" )

This brings me to my next topic... at this point in the game were we hav 110 champions + I honestly feel that there should be another ban making 8 in total simply because there is just way too much broken shit in the meta right now ( gragas, sej , ekko, ryze, hec, nunu just to name a few) >> and could also open doors to an increase in strategic diversity ( i.e ban 'x' players champ pool) .

Finally I also feel there should be some form of voter system implemented within the draft phase of solo que as a control procedure towards trolls. I'm not going to cry saying " If i wasn't trolled this game I would be challenjour blah blah blah" no... I've seen apdo and faker play league , I understand that if you're good you'll climb. But atm trolls can do whatever the fuk they want with no repercussion and I find this stupid.
