Plex, how can I get out of silver?

Let me share with you, what makes me cry at night. I went from gold 5 to silver 4 in one second thanks to promos. So my year of hard climbing and some luck, just got shxt on and i'm back where I started. And every team I get is literally garbage, I admit there is things I could learn and do better but how do they expect me to learn in this elo. It's literally the flamiest, most depressing place on this earth. And I'm not saying I deserve to be some Diamond two god mode 101lp, but holy shxt, there is no way these people are the same skill level. And everyone I ask says, "oh bro nugget bro, you just carry and bro some bro bro. If I was in ur elo i would just wow carry wow bro wow." wat tf did u just say to me m9? Of course a diamond is gonna poop on silvers, but i promise not one person in gold 3 or below can carry every single game in this poop shoot. How do you expect me to carry when i'm still learning myself? how do you expect me to carry an entire team, in a "team" game. Literally makes no sense at all. Every game is literally the same and i learn nothing. You get better by challenging yourself not by doing the same thing over and over expecting shit to change, cause as we know, that's insanity :D. Could a painter get better competing with elementary kids finger painting? Can a basketball player get better at shooting 3's by sitting there shooting 1's all day? Nope, you gotta challenge yourself, and the only thing challenged in this elo is the players. Every game is the same exact shxt over and over, "omg im dun fak u, im r feedin" -20lp. that is when i go make ramen noodles and cry myself to sleep. :).
