poachers knife needs a change

I personal don't see any time where the poachers would be use full. You can argue that "It's so good on nunu, because he is the counter jung GOD", but the only thing that it does is gives you a little more gold and halves the smite CD. I think what they need to do is make it so the smite buffs last 100% longer, and Red and Blue buff last 50% longer. I think this would make playing a counter jung like nunu much easier, with the fact that you have blue and red for a longer period of time. Poll what you think about this.

I actually like your change. Its unique and would be fitting of a jungle item. I'd maybe differentiate it a bit. Go from top to bottom on red side.

Crabs = 50% more damage to tower OR 4 hits to stun instead of 5 Red = 50% more hp back Raptors = 2 charges Wolves = larger vision radius OR same effect as pink ward. would give some counter play to eve/shaco/rengar Blue = 50% more mana Gromp = lasts 1.5x longer(I was going to say more damage on it but I think that might be a bit strong)

I would take the reduced CD off of it though and you would have to kill the camp to get the added benefit. No smiting it and walking away. That'd be a bit much

while I agree that it needs some work, your proposed change isn't the direction that it needs. I think it needs to have an active or something where if you smite an enemy camp you can activate the item for a short flash or ward or something. Give it something more for counter jungliing and not jungling in general.

I say have the jungle items ALL be blacked out on the screens, but the color of the enchantment be placed on the upgrade when the game is going on, because the the idea that knowing someone has blue smite to trailblazer doesn't affect a team in the long term, if someone blue or red smites you, duh, he has that item and you remember it, but if he doesn't smite you, he may have trailblazer or poachers, or just didn't use the red/blue smite.

Giving poachers a leg up it never had, the fact that people knowing what the other jungler had, meaning they knew what they were going to do in the game. And it isn't hard to find out with dragon, and baron fights which one they have because the smite is the color of the item. But having the enchant still show means that you can justify what PATH of the jungle items they are going, so some counter-play.
