Ranked Players Who Troll

currently in bronze 4, knowing i can do better, i try to climb the ladder... but being in bronze 4 i encounter trolls, people who try to make a new meta, and those who afk and leave and feed on purpose (kaceytron) and so i have a lot of problems... my biggest one was that i just got out of a queue because i had to leave because 2 people wanted to duo jungle... i really want to get into some division where there are very few trolls, but since i encounter them, its impossible to rank up... there should be some sort of system where you can report people from the queue, and if three or more people report them fro trolling, then they get booted out of queue, as if they had just left. this seems like one of, if not the, best way to deal with trolls, without punishing yourself for being unlucky enough to have a game with them. i really think that this is a great idea, as i have wished it so many times in the past. i hate people who say they will feed, or troll or something like that. i hadd 33 points in bronze 4, now im -3 because i was the one who had to leave. please riot, if you're reading this, creat that type of system, or something like you can leave with a less harsh punishment if people report them. maybe even have a thing where if 4 or more people report someone for trolling or leaving, it doesnt count as a loss for points. trolls are the reason i started playying ranked, so i could get out of their rank and having a bad name for myself, and now that is why i stopped. please, riot, do something about this. i know that you guys hate trolls as much as the next guy and the other guy after that, so please do something. just having a ranked restriction if you troll isnt enough, because the team still loses points for it... im now because i am pretty much b5 now and i cant do anything, as im the lowest of the lows
