Kha'Zix Evolved R does not work on bushes

This may seem like I'm fucking stupid. And I might be for not figuring this out myself. But a few weeks ago when I evolved Kha's R, I would always go into invis mode after passing in a bush. It just doesn't work no more. And to be honest, his R doesn't even need evolving cause the evolved version sucks without the bush invis. It was such an effective way to gank mid. I've been playng Kha for a while now, and honestly he is my favourite jungler, but he depends so much on farm and kills, I feel like you either take Dark Harvest and play passive all game so you can shine late game, or take electrocute and take your chances with the combos

But I digress. What are your thoughts? And can someone please tell me what actually happened to his evolved R?

Thank you! <33
