New ADC champion?

Is riot, in the near future going to release a new adc champion?

It has pretty much been a year since the last adc release; Kai'Sa. Looking back into the LoL champion release dates (on https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_champions) you can notice this pattern of new adc champion release once every year at around the start of the new season. Examples: Kai'Sa 2018-03-07, Xayah 2017-04-19, Jhin 2016-02-01

So is it wrong to assume a new ADC champion being released soon or should we be expecting it?

i hope not, every new adc is more and more safe. The next adc will probably have invis+build in kayle ult or whatever

Created by Riot August, and right now we only know that the new one is gonna be "very non traditional" ADC, and for theme it looks like sand or something like that

when it comes to ADCs the "non traditional one" will have a twist of "building as, crit and ad gives you armor, mr and hp respectively". Or something else which makes said ADC unburstable cuz being bursted is unfun :((((

I didn't abuse Kai'Sa when she was strong after the first buffs they gave her, and neither for any new released ADC to be honest.

But that new one? Only if I fucking hate his/her kit I wont abuse it as hard as I can while he/she is broken.

What happened: first one aa with Q active at the same time he does his ~~burst~~ dmg then he thinks I'm dead, a crucial mistake

I can throw another Q aa, he flashes into me, I use Heal, we both trade an aa (mine still with Q active), I use W, he uses R, I flash away and the minions start to focus him, after the flash I land another aa (Q is over), he tries to run down to the brushes but the minions and other aa kill him.

He was 0-1, with just item 3134 , a level behind and the item 3706 on cd.
