To terrorizing entire teams because of ?

I'm as big of a fan of build diversity as the next player/spectator, but this item is single-handedly redefining an entire category of champs into something that I consider to be toxic.

The biggest offender is of course, but and are right behind her. The ONLY ADC that this item is terrible on is (I don't consider to be an ADC anymore given his AP damage).

You should build this on and ... it is hilarious...

When his core build consists of Sorc Shoes and Void Staff then yes, it's safe to say he's not an AD carry anymore.

you don't need to build void staff on corki, look at ezreal considering he has more ap scaling's and damage.

You get more damage building MPen on Corki than you do ArPen.

I think the item is definitely over-budgeted in terms of stats. I personally don't like the movement speed on it - I think it pushes stuff like Kalista over the edge, but the crit could also totally go and it'd be perfectly fine. In fact, that would make it more thematically correct.

I agree, I liked it when all it offered was high attack speed; it was already abused by her & a few other carries in a few cases. They didn't need any more power on it. It was spiteful to force critical chance on it, when there were posts to remove critical chance from the game.
