Azir is unbalanced

I just played a game against Azir in mid lane. This champion is completely broken. If a champ has range on you u can still farm under tower. This is not the reality playing against Azir. He can not just poke you, but push you so far back he can freely auto the turret without any consequence. The only option here is to rely on your jungler and if you are in bronze than ultimately you are completely screwed. How is this something that riot has allowed. How are the sentinels allowed to attack over and over and over again under tower before disappearing. He's broken and it's crazy that he hasn't been fixed. I won 17 straight games until i had to play against a broken champ that ruined my streak because this issue is somehow completely overlooked!
