My game keeps updating mid game

Hello riot, I've been playing games lately and ever 2-3 games my league client decides to lag out, then update... I'm telling you this because if I get banned for this I swear to god... this is so stupid. This is on you not me... so plz do not ban my account, and plz fix this bug or what ever is going on :/ I really do not want to get banned...
