I mean isint that the point of ranked? To play well. not figure out the best way to carry your worst player and abuse the other teams worst player?
Id like to focus on how to be a good player not how to win a game without a team.

Yet even when I do well, someone on the enemy team does even better because someone on my team feeds them 10 kills in 10 minutes, and my lead doesn't mean anything.
You mean you want to turn off your brain and get carried. If you're too lazy to think about ways of carrying feeders then I don't think you should be playing a team game.
