This fucking champion is so broken it literally roots you for 20 sec and you cant do fucking shit at all and worst of that her ult radius so fucking large and it stuns you forever this game isnt enjoyable when you got a support fuckign you mid lane because her root and stun / tick damage is insanely fucking long

No part of this is accurate.
She needs her Q's hitbox to finally be changed to match the visual(s) and then she needs some small buffs.
Frustrating =/= Broken
Morgana currently has a win rate slightly under 50% in every elo. If anything she needs a small buff.
Regardless its not the characters fault you cant avoid a bind and dont understand a fundamental stat in the game that helps with CC your unable to dodge.
So yah shes not gonna get nerfed anytime soon lol. Mostly cause shes not broken.

Dude this champion is actually doo doo, Lost a game the other day because some dog decided to pick a low damage negative scaling mage in a comp with Aatrox Hecarim Lucian as the carries. I hard won my lane and jungle hard won ( we were gigafed ) but they just built armor and we couldn't play. The Lucian hardlost lane but he went fleet instead of PTA so thats expected.
It's aids when you get rooted, then you get trapped by a Yordle Snap Trap from Caitlyn, and then die to a headshot from her.
U can just dodge her Q if u have at least 10 IQ
Morgana is not a great pick champion, but she is a great counterpick champion (to engage tanks).
Try playing poke enchanters or burst mages into her. Stand behind minions so her Q doesn't hit.
Boom, she no longer seems that strong.
