Katarina Nerf Unnessary

Hello fellow summoners recently KATARINA has received a Nerf in the 4.20 patch. Although its a minor Nerf it still very much effects her, being so easily countered late game by the cc and the magic resist can hurt her although magic pen can help with the magic resist you still have the cc to deal with and even though the late game ultimate is the same they really just nerfed her early game but that effects the late game, in my opinion she was balanced and now is underpowered because of the less damage it is not just a tiny bit harder to get fed and on top of her being useless if she gets cced she now has a harder time getting ahead, please share your thoughts and opinions on this matter i am open to any of them and thank you if you do.
