Galio Resolute Smite should grant vision. Can I have some opinions please?

I posted this a while ago and never really picked up but all the things that I personally think should be changed in league this makes the most sense to me. I'm not a Galio main or anything by no means, but I do hold Galio in a special spot because I have played him a lot and hes a cool champ. I feel like Resolute Smite should give vision when shot into a bush etc. It would make sense gameplay wise and literal spell wise. Galio is a Mage and support that could use some more help in both areas and I feel granting that vision on his q would help out his supporting ability to check bushes and what not. What really confuses me is that there are other spells in the game for example Olaf's undertow or Karthus' lay waste that do grant visions in the area they are used and Resolute Smite, an important spell for his kit, does not. I'm not complaining or anything I just would really like to see that happen.
