old champion versions (bring them back?) vs reworked versions

Hello all I still really miss the old Fiora. her game play was just to fun blade waltzing carefully so they don't cc you to death. i'm sure everyone has their favorites about their old version of the champions. Its been almost a year since the old fiora was removed item 3070. but i still like the new one, i'd just prefer the old Fiora then the new. so i was wondering if there can be a way to bring back the old versions of the champions in any shape or form such as Sion Soraka or Shen etc. and still keep the new version. In my opinion it be cool i think it would be cool to see the old Fiora vs the new Fiora or old Poppy vs new Poppy (blind pick not ranked) here are some ideas as to how i think they can be bring back the old champs.

  1. Bring back some of the old abilities (1, 2, or even their whole kit) with a new champion.
  2. toggle if you want the old or new one on the champions fan art.
  3. or just make them completely separate the old vs the new. If this was to happen that would be awesome and thank you for taking time to read my idea

That would mean one extra champion that they need to balance, test, bugfix and otherwise deal with for each "old" version that would be allowed. Not to mention that a lot of the champions were reworked because their old kit had legitimate counterplay problems (not that some newer kits don't have worse ones.)

It's never going to happen.

Sion's old ulti needs to be given to aatrox.

Shen just needs to be able to move his sword in a 700 range using W

The only champ I would want back is karma, however I don't want them to fully bring back old champs because it would get too tedious and would make the point of a rework feel lackluster. Not to mention people couldn't throw away "How to lane vs 'x'" if they kept both versions.

Moving good parts of a champion's old kit to new champs or existing champs is fine, but playing as an old champ isn't.
