Stoneborn pact on Olaf

So I've been looking over the new stoneborn mastery and was wondering if olaf would benefit from this. His axe slow can hit multiple targets and it would give his teammates a boost on healing since he's pretty tanky later in the game. I didn't see anything in stoneborn that limits it to one target but that may be something I've just overlooked. Hoping to just get some thoughts on this.
