Teemo Stealth Change

Hi, I don't have a PBE account so was hoping someone could test this with Teemos stealth change.

"While in brush: Teemo sets up his camouflage twice as fast and can move around without breaking his stealth."

So normally Teemo can stealth in brush and not be seen if an enemy champion walks in as well. With this new change can Teemo walk around in the bush and remain stealthed if an enemy champion is in there with Teemo?
