@Riot How does warlords bloodlust work now?

New Warlords Bloodlust: Attacks on champions gain increasingly more Lifesteal based on your missing health (up to 20%). Half effect vs minions.

The new warlords bloodlust description does not seem all that clear to me. Is lifesteal up to 20% more effective on me when you are extremely low? Or am i getting up to 20% bonus lifesteal based on my missing health. In game you can press C to see all your characters stats and now matter how low I am the lifetseal never changes even if I am at 1 health.

It gives lifesteal that scales with your missing health. It doesn't show up in the 'lifesteal' stat because of the way that it's calculated; adding it to that would be a bunch of fairly unnecessary group.
