Wtf kind of damage is that coming from a 2 stack ROA, and Seekers.

This guy went 0/3 in lane, goes bot kill three times because I can't match his mobility. Then we are the same level, similar items, but he one shots me with scaling items.

AP is way too strong, build defensive still one shot. And this isn't the only case, almost everything in this game stupid lol.

Also before anyone starts commenting, I wasn't as much damage to him cuz hey look he got seekers, and roa, I could have ulted him there but I got bursted in half a sec, something that I would never expect.

You got bursted instantly because:

He was 6/3
You were not 6/3
He had health and resistances built
You did not have health and resistances built
You didn't take any MR runes and you didn't buy any MR items. He had Sorcerers so he dropped your already low 40 magic resist all the way down to 22.

Is Kassadin balanced right now? Probably not. But that's not the reason why you got obliterated here, any champion could have done this to you if they fulfilled the same criteria. Hell, if the roles were reverse you would have done it to him instead.

It’s damage you didn’t build against or play around.

Kassadin is fed, you are not.

Kassadin is a burst assassin, just like you.

He has health and resistances against you, you do not have any of that sort against him.

So it kinda goes without saying: Kassadin was doing what any magic damaging user was doing. Which was killing you.
