Poppy needs a buff

I am not a very experienced player but I am a poppy main with many hours played with her. She has a very low winrate and an even lower playrate which is such a shame since shes such a well designed champion. Poppy doesnt have the worst laning phase right now but its not good either so i they should make her passive shield last 5 seconds from the current 3 seconds it would make her laning much better. This buff i would most love to see but another could be to make her w block dashes affect better so she'd be a situational pick only really good againts teams with a lot of dashes.

I personnaly feel like her scalings should be %total AD instead of %Bonus AD. It would open up her build path, allowing her to build a bit more bruiser-ish with things like Sterak. Currently she's pretty much pushed into building full tank. Her early game is somewhat weak, but if you don't die, you pretty much win lane as soon as you get your first defensive item (which is usualy item 3076 vs AD or item 3211 vs AP)

She has a tendancy to become a beast when she's tuned too high, and a good ult can win a teamfight, so she's kinda hard to balance.

I'd also suggest buffing her mana (or reducing her mana costs) She does run oom really fast compared to most toplaners. Maybe increase her mana regen while increasing the cost of her E slightly, so she could spam her Q more often without being able to abuse her E.

You could also try her jung, her winrate is much better as a jungler currently.

I woudnt like poppy as a bruiser theres been a lot of previous complain of poppy being very tanky and able to delete squishies with her e stun q doing a lot of damage. The Mana increase i agree so you could push waves more and not be constatly under turret. The thing is you really have no kill presure in lane your e is only good if you get a stun which is hard in lane and as i said w only helps if the enemy has a dash. Thats why i would like a buff to passive so she could be more agressive and safe in lane
