[Glitch] status of ziggs passive patch 7.1

made 1/20/17 season 7 has anyone else seen ziggs passive and w- satchel charge do more dmg (ignore fortifacation) to towers early game (within the first 5 mins of game) and towers are supposed to take decreased dmg

FORTIFICATION

Unique Passive - Fortification: 50% damage reduction from all sources, this effect expires after 5 minutes. (Reduction applies before armor.) (Fortification’s damage reduction does not apply to bottom lane turrets.)

His W does not do damage, so yes, it ignores it.

I don't know about the passive damage, but Satchel Charge is a direct execute. It destroys towers as long as the indicator on the tower pops up.

Can't say about his Passive, but his W will always deal enough damage to execute the tower once it is below 25%. It would be incredibly awkward if Ziggs threw out his W to execute the tower and it only did half the execute damage.
