I hop on league and play some games after a couple of games i watch a nightblue video on "Pulse Fire shen New Keystone HAIL OF BLADES" I went back to league and didn't see a new stormrazor item or a hail of blades keystone at all . I look it up on youtube and i don't know how i cant see the new stuff or use them. I didn't see the new shen,riven, tf skin either. WHATS GOING ON?

THey are on the PBE. The public beta environment. You need to be honor lv 3 then you can create a PBE account.
