Get Teambuilder back up

Sooo... can we please get team builder back? I liked team builder because I could pick a specific champion and role and it would find me a group. With Jhin being out Blind Pick is horrible because everyone wants to play him so we have the auto lockers, and a lot of arguing who gets to play him where. Doing draft pick or ranked isn't even an option because he's new so he's OP and gets guaranteed banned. And it's gonna be like this with every new champion. I would rather get rid of blind pick and get team builder back (although the wait time can be long-ish)
