Targeting teammates with offensive skills (global ults - Ez, Ashe, Jinx) is bad.

and you should feel bad, riot. Who, in Hel's Holy Name, would ever want to attack their teammate up top when they're trying to target the enemy just out of range in the bot lane?

Seriously.

This shit is awful, why does this exist?

what do you mean? explain how do you acquire team fire?

When you mouse over your teammate's portraits on the left side of the screen and cast an offensive skillshot, it targets your teammate.

This is never desired behavior.

i think its simply like this if you use a skill on your picture (as a support mind you) it is by default aiming at that champ i dont think that riot intended due to this "by default" nature. but there are ways to play into this heres a example aim at teammate picture due to a overly aggressive enemy can punish them.

The key word here is "offensive".

Defensive/friendly skills, sure, I'd be fine with it doing that.

But no one needs to send an offensive skillshot aimed directly at their teammate.

well i did say this is a unintended interaction thats the best i got here its more of a coding thing (if i click on picture then skill goes to that location thing) like how a GPS works somewhat.
