Can we please Nerf slows/cc OR damage and defenses?

Recently ive played games where the ADC is smart enough to build the new reworked item stormrazer and its so broken right now. they get to kite forever with no counter play against it becauase there is no slow resistance in the game other than a horrible shoe option in swiftys. so im asking you riot can we pls nerf these over stat slows of stormrazer so melee champions can actually touch the adcs? like darius garen kled etc already have a hard time getting into the back line with all other slows and overtuned hard cc in the game basically every champion that cant jump halve way acrossed the screen is just cced/slowed to death in this meta. so pls riot can u rework slows so its not just a nicely worked stun that brings you to the move speed floor every 3 secs and tone down the hard cc in the game (for example neeko 3-4 sec AOE root or seena's 2.5 sec root etc) so you dont get killed in a span of one cc OR yall could decrease ALL the damage in the game by 25% and all defenses by 15% with current calcuations for armor and stuff still in there. so its not just a game of who can one shot the back line first and turn team fights into more of ACTUAL fights instead of "ok there all dead in like 5 secs thats the fight" like make the team fights longer like 30 of fighting with each team clawing there way to win the fight having both teams at the edge of there seats. instead of o my poke combo does your whole health bar threw steark gauge
