Add HUD Text for Corki Package

Riot puts forth a tremendous effort to ensure the game accommodates players with certain disabilities. However, I noticed one small scenario that could definitely make it difficult for deaf players: Corki's passive.

When Corki picks up the "Package", there is a large air horn sound that alerts all players in the game. However, for the hearing impaired, they are given no heads up. Should Riot add a HUD alert (i.e. The Hunt Is On!) for when Corki picks up the package?
