Many times I run into people with champion mastered of only 1-3 in ranked, which really pisses me off as they do very poorly, how about riot implements a change where you can only play champs with masteries (4-7) in ranked games

Harvey Rabbit1 votesReally? Well I don't play ranked, but in normals and ARAM i have observed something approaching a negative correlation between champion mastery and performance on a champion. People with champion mastery 7 on a champion are often unbelievably awful at playing that champion, really mind blowingly bad, and people with champion mastery below 4 often do very well. I think it is because champion mastery has little at all to do with how good you are at the game, at best it indicates you have played a lot of games, but many people play a lot of games without ever rising above a low level of ability.

Obeify1 votesMy first game on kalista I went 13/2/11 my last game on Ezreal (my highest leveled champ I have a 4 kda on) I went like 3/5/6 or something shitty like that...which would you rather have? Just because they are 4-7 doesnt mean they are going play well.
