Ever seem like riot forces loss streaks?

Sometimes it seems like you'll get really good teammates, nice quality players back to back for a solid 5-6 games , maybe more. Then, all of a sudden, you get the inters, toxic, griefing players who dont want to win and games seem impossible. This game seems like a lottery sometimes and I'm currently wondering when Riot is gonna let me win games again. What is this matchmaking? There has to be something going on with it. It's way too blatant to just be chance. I've gone through these phases a multitude of times.

I have a theory and I want to get people's thoughts on it:

Riot forces loss streaks to get you more addicted to the game. If you're anything like me, I really like a challenge and when I lose I want to try again and again until I get a win and get it right.

I'm sitting under a 50% wr after being ~55% so I don't think its necessarily a forced 50% winrate thing, but there seems to be waves of getting matched with really good players and then really bad players for consecutive games.

Again, would love thoughts on this or other people's anecdotes.

Im afraid of my win streak atm, i know soon im going to have them in my games.

No, that doesn't happen to me. I get teammates who feed all the time, regardless of win streaks. Sometimes you just have to carry them. I'd consider it very lucky if it only happened after I went on 5-6 game win streaks, it would make climbing alot easier.

There are multiple things that could influence your match quality and cause loss streaks. It's different for everyone.

Just to list a few: • Your average MMR increased putting you against people at a higher skill level because thats the level your MMR now thinks you play at. (this is known as BOOSTED) Matchmaking thinks the ideal win rate is in fact 50% but that does not mean its out to get you. It's entire purpose is to place you with other players that it feels are at your skill level from the list of currently queued players. (baring the cases where it autofills a bronze 3 soraka adc into your gold 2 game simply because law of averages) • Player's current state of mind could be effecting how they play. I for one am rather influenced by shit talk directed towards me and tilt rather easy. While in this state, I tend to go on loss streaks. Unfortunately. Also known as I'm/you're tilted. • Your teammates are the ones who are tilted and the roll of the dice happened to put you in matches with tilted players. • Trolls. Unfortunately trolling is very very easy in team games and is increasingly more and more common as the game ages and allows players to just create new accounts if their previous ones were banned. • Time of day. I for one, go on win streaks in the mornings and go on loss streaks at night. • Autofill autofill autofill autofill... • Many combinations of the previously mentioned. • Luck

These are a few of the reasons I personally go on loss streaks after win streaks. Again, it's different for every player.

TL/DR: It's matchmaking's job to get you to the point of "50/50 win rate" but it's not forcing you to go on loss streaks to keep you at a certain MMR. Win streaks just increase your MMR to an inflated number.

I seen many times system put me after 10 win games to team where all 4 have 6+ lose in row so im sure this system is int. design like that.

Riot does not force loss streaks.

If Riot can force loss streaks, then that means your win streaks were forced as well.

Reread the first sentence in your post, and maybe youll see how you contradict yourself.

Every game you lose is your fault. Not always because you made mistakes, but most often you didnt take the steps to win and let the game come to an unwinnable state.

I won 13 out of 15 games in 1 day, and the only times I lost were solo dying multiple times to Katarinas.
