I didn't received victorious skin or my loading screen borders.

Im sorry, but Im starting to get concerns. Every single game everyone in my team has borders (plat4, plat3, so on and on). I finished my 8th season in Platinum 1, last season was maybe Gold 2. Whole year I had gold borders, I got to Platinum and stood there. Every single one has borders but not me. I saw few other players with bronze borders, but only few. Someone just said in my game, that its because I was banned. I was never banned, all I had was premades in my game reporting me becouse I said "you are jungler, could you stop powerfarm and come? Im sitting uder turret here with enemy jungler camping". I lost my honors to level 1. Thats it. So I dont know if my hard climbing will give me any rewards. Should I be worried?
