Secondary problem (with support)

Hey riot could u make it so dat i can play my primary pls. When i pick supp as my secondary so do i a always get supp no chance to get my main (jungle) Its so stupidly anooying dat i 99% alwasys gets supp because no one else plays supp I got silver 5 because of this. I would probaly have gotten gold atleast if i played jungle but no only supp all day pls help me riot
