Tired of Junglers getting Nerfed

For the past few years now, Riot has been constantly nerfing junglers on a constant basis. How often do they get a buff?.... Almost never
Every-role has pretty much has like 3-5 champions that can almost easily carry a game themselves
Just naming a few Top - Jax / Nasus Mid - Kat / Liss / Zed ADC - Vayne / Trist / Ezreal Support - Annie / Fiddle / Leona
Junglers have very poor choices and are just easy easily shut down compared to the top choices, even talking to some pros and some former pros. They do tend to agree with me on this that Riots cause for nerfing Junglers is giving junglers very limited options in the LCS as well as they believe limited options to junglers in lower elos to help carry games.
Some of the higher tiered players and former pro players also believe this is why their is not a lot of talented junglers out there to choose from who are considered TOP Tier for LCS material. A lot of teams have try outs for various roles, and a lot of teams have said in the past as have pro players that there is a lack of options when it comes to finding talent to join a LCS team.
A perfect example of this is Crumbzz when he was top lane moving to jungle because the team felt there wasn't a lot of good choices out there to choose from, as well as he also wanted to move there cause he thinks he could have a better & bigger impact for the team in the jungle. Saintvicious has even mentioned on his stream when asked about junglers during the off-season that there is just a lack of options to choose from.
Saint has also said that patch 5.2 is seriously limiting jungler options in terms of items and now champion choices. Riot has stated they want players to have more versatility.... Well Riot you seriously need to re-think you way for the jungler.
So my last and final question is.... Riot does your balance team have a brain or just do what low elo players ask them to do? Just because low elo players do not know how to handle it, does not mean it is OP. That is part of progressing into higher ranks, learning how champs work and how to counter their mechanics. Stop catering to the players who don't know how to play the game, and cater to the way the game should be played. Perhaps you should start asking pros to try things out, and what they think of in terms of what you are going to do. Cause obviously someone down there isn't thinking of the whole player base.
Some of you may not agree what I have to say, but there are also a lot of people who will agree.
This is my opinion, and if your argument is call a name or say I don't know what I am talking about. Then you really should not be talking, and instead think of something valid to say to back up your point instead mindless low IQ dribble.
