The Way the System is Is Hurting My Ability to Climb

So I finally decided to come over here to post my thoughts on how the game is currently working after losing this series for the 12th time. I am a mid lane main, and I cannot play Top, Jungle, or ADC at my rank. Now some of you may be thinking; "Well you need to be able to play at least to roles blah blah blah." Well, I CAN play two roles. I can play mid, and support. At this point, everyone should see the problem. I can't have support as my secondary role, because it instantly makes it my main role. But I don't want that, I'm a mid main, not a support main. The way the game works now, it prevents anybody like me from being able to play support as a secondary role. I have a 58.2% winrate in mid lane (out of over 120 games) and a 79% winrate on Zed in mid lane. You're going to tell me that I deserve to be stuck in my rank because I can't play 3 roles? The vast majority of players only have to be able to play 2 roles, but in my case, I'm going to have to be able to master 3 different roles in order to go anywhere. Believe me, I WANT to play support as my secondary role, but I can't due to the deathly fear of being a support main.

I have 2 propositions to make: 1: Make it so that secondary roles can be selected no more than 1/3 or 1/2 of the time. Notes:

I can play ranked in peace of the knowledge that I'm not playing support EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. Or being forced to learn and master a completely new role.

Most people would think that this would increase the que times, but I think that anybody that would pick fill or support as a primary or secondary has pretty much by now resigned themselves to becoming a support main. In fact, this would likely reduce que times as most people who would like to support on occasion would begin to pick this up as their secondary role, thus with all of the already support mains with this added on, there would be more potential supports overall.

2: My other suggestion is to guarantee your primary role in series. Like I said, I have lost my series 12 times in a row so far, and every single time I have gotten my secondary role instead of my primary. (Like I said, almost 60% winrate in mid, and 80% winrate on my primary champion when I'm playing him mid.) If Riot is deathly afraid of que times going up, then this is the less drastic option (even though based on my previous statement, that assumption would likely be false.) Me, like many players, get increasingly stressed while in series. In my case, being in an unfamiliar role makes it so much worse. For a situation as stressful as being in series can be, I'd appreciate the comfort of the role I can at least play. I would actually suggest this as an additional option to my previous suggestion, but this could also be a replacer, even if it doesn't change anything outside of series.

That's all I really have to say about this, I hope players and Riot take notice of my thoughts.

Back to your very first point. If you can only play one role and don't like playing the only other role you know how to play, then you are at the correct elo. Most high elo players can just get placed in a role and go at least even.

Jungle + support main. Put me in top or mid and I'll hold my own since the basics of the game don't change.
