To Much LETHALITY in the game.
Do you guys remember old armorpen when there were no "armor pen scale:s with the enemy level"? Well back then it might have been a bit overtuned and had some problem but was definitely not broken like it is today. Not cause it "scales to well" (hinting on the buff they made some time ago) but since there's simply TO MUCH Lethality in the game. One way they could do to actually balance these items is not to nerf lethality itself but **removing lethality from edge of the night ** and give it something ells in compensation and either revert the buff to the cooldown, reducing the duration on ranged champs, increasing the time it takes to put up the spell shield and/or have the cooldown start after the spell shield is triggered or runs out.
