Level 30 in a level 12 game! Cheating Riot

Hello,

I just got done playing a game where my whole team is under level 15 and the other team had 2 players that had level 30 accounts...If i am wrong is that cheating? makes the game very unbalanced... I reported them under CHEATING and i hope riot does something about this! not fun playing vs someone level 30 with 1999 wins

It's not cheating. It's not reportable. Sorry to burst your bubble. They're queued up with a friend no doubt, and that's something you can thank the match-making for not fixing.
