J4 ultimate

Am I the only one that thinks J4's ult needs a rework? There are very few champions that it effects because most can just jump right over his wall no problem. Since most champs can get right out of it then it turns into pretty much a finishing move to just jump on people. The biggest concern I have over his ult is vain can Q right through the wall. Vayne can't roll through any wall on the entire map but yet she can roll straight through j4's ultimate. does his ultimate really not count as an actual wall? It just seems so weak and not really an ULTIMATE feel to it.
